Come on, now….just stop posting these amazing, wonderous photos of your gorgeous child online. One of these days, some famous magazine editor is going to scoop you and her up and take you far away from here. We don’t want that, now do we? I don’t get to see you NOW, and we only live accross town from one another—whatever would I do if you lived half-way around the world. Just knock it off. Enough, already. I mean it.
Just… Damn. One suggesetion: Have you tried applying some sharpening just for your Web images? It looks a bit soft after resizing. I’d suggest in PS: FILTER > SHARPEN > SMART SHARPEN with a radius of 0.3px and a strength of around 55.
Sean, I upload the unsharpened full size image to SmugMug and then embed the smaller copy for the web, I turned down the sharpening option on the gallery as I was getting hair jaggies but sounds like I need to fiddle a bit more. I’ve got into the habit of not sharpening for iStock as they’re pretty ruthless on the jags.
Ha ha, I need more models. I’m becoming a one-note wonder.
